These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoinPoker Free-to-Play Platform, available at www.coinpoker.net, its connected mobile application (the “Platform”) and all related free-to-play gaming services (“Services”) operated by Vantix Tech Limited(“CoinPoker”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice and Consent Form(collectively, the “Platform Policies”), form a binding legal agreement between you and CoinPoker. We reserve the right to update the Platform Policies at any time. We will notify you of material changes and your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where any change materially affects the processing of your personal data on a basis that requires your consent, we will seek fresh consent separately, and continued use of the Services alone will not be treated as such consent.
Prior to registering, you are responsible for satisfying yourself that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. If access to or use of free-to-play online poker is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not register or use the Services.

Free-to-Play Nature of the Platform
The Platform is a free-to-play practice and entertainment product. The following apply absolutely and without exception:
- No real money. No participation fees, deposits, entry fees, or monetary stakes are accepted, collected, or processed by the Platform under any circumstances.
- No monetary value. Chips and Reward Points have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for money, goods, services, or any other real-world value, whether inside or outside the Platform.
- No cash-out. Nothing earned, held, or accumulated on the Platform including Chips, Reward Points, or Leaderboard standings can be cashed out, monetised, or converted into any item of real-world value.
- No secondary market. CoinPoker does not recognise, permit, or facilitate any external market for the purchase, sale, trade, or exchange of Chips, Reward Points, or Accounts. Any such external transaction is void and unenforceable.
The Services do not constitute gambling, betting, wagering, real-money gaming, or any licensable gaming activity under Applicable Laws.
Chips
Chips are virtual practice chips with no monetary value. You may obtain Chips exclusively through the following non-monetary methods:
- Daily bonus: a set quantity of Chips credited to your Account once every 24 hours subject to the conditions of the Platform.
- Hourly top-up: bonus Chips available to claim once every 60 minutes.
- Gameplay rewards: Chips awarded as prizes in tournaments and based on Leaderboard performance.
- Promotional activities: CoinPoker may award Chips as part of promotional events, onboarding incentives, or other non-monetary engagement activities from time to time.
Chips may be used solely to participate in Games on the Platform. Chips cannot be used outside the Platform.
CoinPoker may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, adjust the quantities of Chips awarded through any mechanism, add, modify, or discontinue methods of obtaining Chips, or revoke Chips obtained in breach of these Terms.
You must not: transfer or attempt to transfer Chips to other Users; exchange, sell, trade, or redeem Chips for money, goods, services, or any real-world benefit; artificially inflate or manipulate your Chip balance; or obtain Chips through any method other than those listed above.
Rake
CoinPoker applies a chip-sink mechanism called Rake, whereby a percentage of Chips is automatically deducted from the chip pool at the conclusion of a hand or Game.
- Rake applies to Chips only and has no monetary value whatsoever.
- Rake does not constitute a fee, charge, commission, stake, or any form of monetary consideration.
- CoinPoker does not receive or realise any monetary or real-world value from Rake.
- The Rake percentage may vary by table type, game mode, or tournament format and may be modified by CoinPoker at its discretion.
Reward Points
Reward Points are non-monetary virtual loyalty points earned through participation in Games, Leaderboards, and tournaments. They have no monetary value and no redemption path.
What Reward Points are: an engagement and performance metric. They may in future be redeemable for non-monetary cosmetic items within the Platform only, such as table themes, avatars, or emotes. Any such items will carry no monetary value and no cash-out option, and will be non-transferable. No such redemption path exists at this time.
What Reward Points are not: redeemable for cash, currency, goods, services, merchandise, or any real-world value of any kind, whether inside or outside the Platform.
Reward Points are non-transferable. CoinPoker reserves the right to adjust, expire, or cancel Reward Points at its sole discretion, including where fraud, unfair gameplay, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
Reward Points Distribution
- CoinPoker may award Reward Points to top-performing Users at the conclusion of eligible Games, tournaments, or Leaderboard cycles.
- All prizes and rewards are distributed in the form of Reward Points only. No cash prizes or monetary rewards are available on the Platform.
- A User’s position on the Leaderboard at the end of a defined cycle determines the Reward Points that may be awarded. The Platform may operate multiple independent Leaderboards, each governed by its own rules.
- Reward Points are credited to a User’s in-app balance upon conclusion of the relevant Game, tournament, or Leaderboard cycle, subject to compliance with these Terms.
- The aggregate Reward Points available for distribution in any cycle are not funded by User contributions, entry fees, or stakes of any kind.
- CoinPoker reserves the right to withhold or cancel Reward Points where it suspects fraudulent activity, unfair gameplay, or non-compliance with these Terms or Applicable Laws.
Services
The Services consist of free-to-play poker NLH, PLO, and AoF in ring-game and freeroll tournament formats. No real-money formats are available on the Platform.
CoinPoker reserves the right to modify, update, or amend the Services at any time by providing you with reasonable notice. We may also add new features or formats to the Platform from time to time, which will be governed by the Platform Policies as updated.
Internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other factors outside CoinPoker’s reasonable control are your responsibility. CoinPoker will not be liable for interruptions caused by them, including any loss of Chips or Reward Points arising from a disconnection during a Game.

CoinPoker will not create an Account for, or provide Services to, any User from a Restricted Territory. Where a User provides false information to circumvent this restriction, liability for any consequence rests solely with the User. CoinPoker reserves the right to terminate such an Account without notice.

CoinPoker reserves the right to monitor, review, pre-screen, edit, remove, or disable access to any user-generated content on the Platform at its sole discretion.
You agree not to post any offensive, indecent, misleading, or unlawful content on the Platform, including through any chat function. You will keep CoinPoker indemnified against all loss or damage resulting from any such content you post.
Data Protection and Privacy
Vantix Tech Limited is the data controller responsible for personal data processed in connection with the Platform. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), applicable national data protection laws, our Privacy Policy, and our Privacy Notice and Consent Form, all of which form part of the Platform Policies.
We process your personal data on one or more of the following lawful bases: performance of our contract with you (to create and operate your Account and provide the Services); compliance with our legal obligations; our legitimate interests (including security, fraud prevention, anti-cheat, anti-collusion, and analytics); and your consent (including for marketing communications).
Where we rely on consent as a lawful basis, it is sought separately, is specific and freely given, and may be withdrawn by you at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal or your continued use of the Services that do not depend on that consent.
Subject to Applicable Laws, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data; the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent; and the right not to be subject to solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required under Applicable Laws. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and will notify the competent supervisory authority, and where necessary affected Users, of any personal data breach as required under Applicable Laws.
In the event of any conflict between this clause and the Privacy Policy in relation to the processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
